The Greenville County community is mourning the heartbreaking loss of 54-year-old Noel Lamar Lomax of Piedmont, South Carolina, whose life was tragically taken in a devastating three-vehicle crash on Thursday along US 25 near West Georgia Road.
According to the South Carolina Highway Patrol, the accident occurred when a northbound Nissan SUV changed lanes and struck a Lexus traveling in the same direction. The Nissan then ran off the roadway and overturned, while the Lexus crossed the center line and collided with a southbound Mini Cooper driven by Noel Lomax. Tragically, Noel lost his life at the scene as a result of blunt force trauma. Authorities later confirmed his manner of death as accidental.
